These are 3 of the most common reasons you haven’t healed.
1️⃣ You’re overwhelmed.
There’s tons of videos, books, articles and info from AI out there but not much guidance.
❤️🩹How to heal:
Pick your focus and stick with it! If certain exercises excite you, that’s a good sign you’re on the right path. Come up with a regular regimen and keep it simple, clear and easy to do.
2️⃣ You’re not being consistent or persistent.
Doing exercises such as deep breaths each morning to calm your harried nervous system is great, but people who don’t get the job done will not do them every morning. They will do them “hear and there,” when they remember. Not a recipe for success.
Also: they’ll give up these critical steps when they don’t get immediate results.
❤️🩹How to heal:
Be consistent! Set up your (gentle) regimen and stick with it, for as long as it takes.
3️⃣ You don’t believe.
You still believe you’re “broken”: from an accident while driving or playing sports, or a medical procedure gone wrong (very common), or you have a rare infection or are in some way sick or damaged.
Our bodies are healing machines and these ideas are not supported by science.
❤️🩹How to heal:
Accept that there’s nothing wrong with your body and that you have harmless TMS or neuroplastic pain that will fade away just like mine did once you accept the truth.
The longer you keep your nervous system in fear with the idea you’re broken, the longer your issue will persist.
