✅ Requirements:
• Active NP license in NY
• Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, etc.)
• Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Home care or primary care experience a plus
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
(Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and others highly valued)
