This sounds crazy⦠but it actually works.
If you add peanut butter to chickpeas, then add a little honey, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
Blend it until smooth, then add dark chocolate chips and mix.
Scoop small cookies and bake them. You create chickpea cookies!
Healthy, high-protein, with no refined sugar or flour, and so delicious.
