This heat is no joke, especially for seniors. Staying hydrated can really make a difference right now.
Here’s how to keep it cool:
💧 Drink water regularly, even if you’re not thirsty
🚫 Go easy on caffeine and alcohol
🍉 Snack on juicy stuff like watermelon and cucumbers
🧊 Use fans, stay in the shade, wear light clothes
📞 Check in on older friends and family — a quick call can go a long way
