Monday, Juneteenth, I am excited to share my first public art commission presented by , Freedom is Free: Rest, Restoration, Remembering and Restitution at Brower Park in Brooklyn. I am offering a space of intentional breathing, gentle movement, calling in our ancestors, speaking love into the circle and lifting our voices in song. We will also create a community altar to celebrate those who chose to survive and ultimately made it possible for us to be here today. This event will be FREE and open to all!

The Flea Theater Public Performance Symposium with all the commissioned artists (including myself, , and ) is Wednesday, June 14th, 7pm, moderated by . This event is also FREE, but Registration is required (link in bio ).

Dear Family,

It is with deep gratitude that I am here to announce that next week, September 16th, will be the last week of live classes with me on Zoom.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to teach & share with you in this way during this pandemic. I hope it has been as much of a blessing for you as it has been for me.

I am not leaving yoga or wellness all together. I'm just venturing into new things in the field. If you are someone who practices with me on YouTube you'll be happy to know that new vids are on the way!

I hope you will join me as I launch new courses, workshops & return to teaching Reiki. Announcements & registration links for all coming soon!
