Power Flow at The Furnace is an athletically geared Vinyasa Yoga class that builds mobility, stability and strength with a strong standing sequence, targeted core work, and a gorgeous low-intensity finish. Practiced under infrared heat with elevated 🎵🎶 beats.

While this class is physically strengthening, Power actually refers to its empowering nature that satisfies both self inquiry and physical output 😌

What a wonderful first class. 5 more to go! The man himself touched down from a 25hr flight this morning and taught an incredible class this evening.
The whole room could feel the loving expertise, precision and consideration that he brings. Thank you everyone who kickstarted this magical weekend with us! What an energy!!! Cannot wait to do it all again 💫
