February is all about sharing the LOVE for our Directors of Rehab and Rehab Teams🩵

Today we’re celebrating Team Adamsville at Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, led by the incredible Director of Rehab, Marlee Samples!

Marlee’s passion for therapy truly shines. As the ATS Program Director, she not only provides ongoing education and support to our ATS teams, but she also reaches into local schools to educate students about careers in therapy — inspiring the next generation along the way.

Marlee shares that she loves therapy because it allows her to build meaningful, personal relationships with her patients — promoting not just independence, but also hope and joy during challenging times. She also loves serving as a Director of Rehab, where she has been able to create a work environment where therapists feel respected and valued as professionals. Even more meaningful, she has built a team culture where therapists genuinely care for and support one another — both inside and outside of the gym.

This is the heart of ATS leadership — clinical excellence, mentorship, and a culture rooted in connection.
