This week, our ATS team at Maplewood Health Care Center brought a little flavor to therapy with a fun group pickle-making session!

Making pickles isn’t just delicious—it’s a full workout for the mind and body:
✅ Measuring and pouring to build coordination and precision
✅ Following steps in sequence to strengthen memory and focus
✅ Mixing and packing jars to work on strength and dexterity
✅ Sharing the process to encourage communication and social engagement

By the end, we didn’t just have jars of fresh homemade pickles—we had smiles, laughter, and a group of patients who reached their goals in a creative and tasty way! 💚
