Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every night.

Stop doom scrolling in bed.

Have a simple night time routine - even if it’s just avoiding TV and reading a book.

3 reasons you’re still feeling stuck with your injury in the gym...

Coming back from an injury can be frustrating 👎

And can take way too long if you’re making these 3 mistakes…

1️⃣ You’re relying on someone else’s hands

2️⃣ You’re stuck in the cycle of resting and being in pain over and over

3️⃣ You don’t have a plan

But gym injuries don’t need to be confusing!

Try a gradual, active approach with clear structure and tracking

You’ll be in a much better place if you do 👍

Huge congrats to PhysioRX Coach Dustin Baldwin, PT on becoming a Board-Certified Sports Specialist!

For those non-PTs out there, this is a big deal. The Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) is a prestigious cert for those who have demonstrated advanced knowledge in sports physical therapy.

Less than 4% of all Physical Therapists can call themselves an SCS.

Most people do endless mobility drills that don’t work 👎

Here’s what will actually improve mobility…

Actively doing the movements you want to improve!

True mobility is

✅ Practicing variations of the movements you want to work on

✅ Gradually increasing the range of motion and weight in those movements

Don’t get stuck with endless mobility drills

Use a progressive approach! 👍
