✨BIG ANNOUCEMENT✨

Friends, I am beyond grateful (and still buzzing with excitement) to share that SALLY from SweetWater Yoga will be joining our studio family starting in October! She will be offering a Tuesday morning Yoga Tone class at 9:30am, and I can't wait for our Brooklyn Yoga community to experience her teaching.

Sally was one of my very first teachers in the local yoga scene, and she's played such an important role in my own journey. Her wisdom, warmth, and genuine cool vibes are a true gift, and it feels like such a blessing to welcome her to our humble little space.

Sally invited me to teach classes at her Clark Lake studio way back in the day and she helped guide me into the teacher and human I am today. I'm so excited to continue to learn from all that she has to offer.
