✨ Join Our Karma Yoga Program ✨

Karma yoga is the yoga of selfless service — an offering of time, care, and energy to support our community and create a welcoming environment for all.

At House of Flow, we’re looking for passionate and reliable students to step into the role of Karma Yogi. In exchange for supporting three classes each week for a minimum of three months, you’ll receive:

• Unlimited in-person classes
• Lifetime access to our Digital Flows platform
• Access to specialty offerings like Inversion Flows, Breathwaves & Rhythmic Flows

🧹 Your role includes arriving early, helping prepare and tidy the studio, welcoming students, and bringing intention to the space. You’ll also get to take the class you support so your practice continues to grow.

📅 Current shifts available (updated Sept 6, 2025):
• Evenings — Mon 5:30pm, Tue 6:30pm, Wed 5:30pm, Thu 8:00pm, Fri 6:00pm

We’re thrilled to announce that , one of our beloved House of Flow teachers, will be assisting our upcoming Puerto Rico retreat led by , happening November 19–23! 🌊🌿

This 5-day experience is all about nervous system reset, daily yoga, nourishing food, and spaciousness to rest and reconnect. We’ll be staying at a stunning cliffside retreat center in Rincón with ocean views, jungle vibes, and plenty of hammocks.

Christina brings her signature warmth, clarity, and care to everything she does—and you can catch her Mondays at 5:30pm starting next week.
