Over 20 years as a chiropractor, I still cannot guarantee results. The fact of the matter is no one can (and if they do, I would ask a few more questions). I have helped many in the community with their neck and back pain, shoulder pain, and sciatica (just to name a few conditions). I am like you. I put my clothes on the same way, I value family, and need to eat and sleep. I don’t like feeling like just a number, or I am not being heard when it comes to my concerns (especially if they are health related). That’s why my goal as a family chiropractic practitioner is to REALLY be patient focused and be there to help to the best of my ability.
As a chiropractor, I don’t do the healing. You see, your body has the inborn ability to heal; as long is there is no interference. If you get a cut or break a bone, the body heals and creates a scab or fuses the break in the bone. You don’t have to think about it. In the course of our daily lives, we lift, bend, twist, sleep, play sports, and sometimes unfortunately experience a trauma. All these things, and more, may cause interference in your nervous system and result in symptoms such as neck or back pain, headaches, sciatica, or other body pains and symptoms. It is MY job, as a chiropractor to remove that interference and restore the body’s ability to heal. No drugs, no injections, no surgery. Just a simple adjustment to the spine and the nervous system. Natural healing.
