👋🏼 It's been 5+ months (!) Baby photos have officially crowded out food photos on my phone, meltdowns are *mostly* a thing of the past (meltdowns by me, not her - she's very chill ;), and we’re all getting more sleep. 🙌🏼

I'm (very slowly) adjusting to life as a mom and loving this stage - her smiles and laughs outweigh the constant milk on my clothes and always feeling a little tired / anxious / guilty about something.

It feels like a lifetime ago since I posted on here and I'm feeling the nudge to share recipes again… recipes that are even easier and quicker to make. Before Maeve was born, I made dozens of freezer meals with the hope that, if they were good, I could share them with you. These meals literally saved my sanity during those first postpartum months. The newborn stage is not for the faint of heart; these meals brought some semblance of normalcy to the evenings and made me feel good, without having to spend any energy.
