Please welcome Gavin Marsh, the newest ADOR at Buffalo Center! 🏥✨ Gavin brings a ton of experience — from per diem OT at Ellicott Center, to SNF work, outpatient therapy, and guest lecturing for OTD students at Roberts Wesleyan University. His passion for innovation and advancing the profession is truly inspiring! 💡💪

A little about Gavin: he grew up in Central NY, played lacrosse at Roberts Wesleyan, earned his OT doctorate, and now calls Buffalo home — along with his German Shepherd, Ghost 🐾 (who has just as much personality as his name suggests!).

Fun fact: Gavin loves 3D printing custom adaptive equipment and teaching others how to use it. Talk about skills AND heart! ❤️

Big cheers to Abbie at Amsterdam Nursing Home for her amazing transition from COTA to OTR—and for singlehandedly winning Amsterdam’s pumpkin contest with her incredible E.T. pumpkin! 🧡🛸
We couldn’t resist capturing her pumpkin practicing ADLs and even going for a ride in our car transfer sim—talk about OT in action!
