Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our annual DKH Hospice Tree of Life Ceremony. It was such a beautiful and special evening. Seeing families come together to honor and remember their loved ones is what makes this night so meaningful. A special thank you to our Creamery Brook Dining Team and the Brooklyn Middle School Chorus for helping make the night feel so comforting with hot cocoa, cookies, and wonderful Christmas carols! 🎄❤️

We appreciate Brooklyn Middle School inviting our residents to their annual Veterans Day Breakfast yesterday! The morning was filled with pastries, touching speeches, and an amazing performance by the middle school band. And a big thank you to our Dining Services Team for hosting a beautiful breakfast this morning to honor our Veterans here at Creamery Brook. Everyone truly made the day special! ❤️🤍💙
