Fueling the Team That Keeps ACI Moving

A huge shoutout to our incredible Operations Team for leading the way with the highest participation in our Employee Survey! Your engagement, honesty, and commitment to growth help strengthen not only our workplace — but the care we provide every day.

To celebrate their participation and teamwork, we treated the team to a well-deserved lunch celebration. 🎉

At ACI, every voice matters. Thank you to our Operations Department for showing up, speaking up, and helping us continue building a stronger, better ACI together.

This Nurses Week, we celebrate the compassion, strength, and dedication of the nurses who make healing possible every day. 💙

At ACI, our nurses do more than provide care — they build trust, offer support, and stand beside our patients through every step of their recovery journey. From the quiet moments of encouragement to the critical decisions that ensure safety and progress, their impact is felt in ways both seen and unseen.

Their commitment, patience, and heart are at the core of what we do.

To our incredible nursing team — thank you for showing up, for caring deeply, and for making a difference every single day.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded that healing doesn’t always happen in visible ways.

Mental health is part of every recovery journey — shaping how we think, feel, cope, and connect. It’s not always easy to talk about, but it’s always important.

At ACI, we believe that real healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Whether someone is taking their first step or continuing their journey, every effort toward better mental health matters.

This month and every month, we stand for compassion, understanding, and breaking the stigma — because no one should have to struggle in silence.

Take a moment to check in—with yourself and someone you care about.

Recovery is about more than treatment — it’s about rebuilding everyday life. 💙

Through activities like our Snack N Paint Night, clients are given the space to express themselves, practice focus, build routine, and reconnect with others.

These moments may seem simple, but they play a powerful role in recovery — helping individuals build confidence, manage stress, and rediscover a sense of purpose.

At ACI, we believe healing doesn’t only happen in sessions — it happens in the everyday experiences that support growth, independence, and connection.

Behind every step forward in recovery, there’s someone who listens, understands, and guides with care. 💙

This Counseling Awareness Month, we recognize the counselors who create safe spaces for healing — where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

At ACI, counseling is more than conversation. It’s connection. It’s trust. It’s the foundation that helps turn challenges into progress and setbacks into strength.

To our counselors: thank you for the patience, compassion, and dedication you bring to every session. Your work changes lives in ways that words often can’t fully capture.

Join us in recognizing the counselors who make a difference every day. 💙

Our “Layers of Hope” Parfait Night was more than just a fun activity — it was a meaningful reflection of the recovery journey.

As clients built their parfaits layer by layer, it became a powerful reminder that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It takes time, patience, and consistent effort — one step, one choice, one layer at a time.

Moments like these create space for connection, self-expression, and growth — reinforcing that every step forward matters. 💙

This Alcohol Awareness Month, we’re going beyond awareness — we’re showing what recovery truly looks like. 💙

Recovery isn’t just about stopping alcohol use.
It’s about rebuilding. Reconnecting. Rediscovering.

At ACI, healing happens in many ways — through creativity, connection, reflection, and moments of joy. From painting and shared laughter to meaningful group activities, each experience helps our patients take steps forward in their journey.

Because recovery isn’t just about what you leave behind — it’s about what you build moving forward.

Recovery is possible. Share this to help shift the conversation.

Honoring Those Who Serve 🎤💙

We are proud to share that our Marketing Director, Stephanie Davis, produced and hosted the 24th Annual NJ State Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Mini Educational Convention — dedicating her time and leadership to an event focused on mental health, behavioral health, and su***de awareness.

It was both her honor and ours to support those who serve our communities every day. At ACI, we are deeply committed to standing alongside law enforcement and contributing to conversations that matter — especially when it comes to mental health and well-being.

We were also honored to have National President Patrick Yoes, Sr in attendance, making this meaningful event even more impactful.

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible. 💙

Vision Journal Sessions 📓✨

Our Vision Journal Sessions continue to be a client favorite across programs — offering space for creativity, reflection, and personal expression.

During these sessions, clients personalize their journals with images, words, and reminders that reflect their unique recovery journeys. It’s more than an activity — it’s a moment to slow down, set intentions, and reconnect with goals.

These small, meaningful practices help build confidence, clarity, and a sense of direction — one page at a time. 💙

March is Social Worker Appreciation Month 💙

This month, we recognize and celebrate the heart, dedication, and compassion of social workers everywhere — especially those who are part of the ACI family.

Social workers are the quiet strength behind so many recovery journeys. They advocate, support, guide, and uplift — meeting individuals where they are and helping them move forward with dignity and hope.

At ACI, we see firsthand the impact our social workers make every single day. Through empathy, patience, and unwavering care, they help create safe spaces for healing, growth, and transformation.

To our social workers: thank you for the difference you make, the lives you touch, and the hope you bring. 💫
