We are deeply saddened and devastated over the news of the passing of our dear friend and partner, Chef Anne Burrell.

Our dream to change food in healthcare came to fruition alongside Chef Anne, bringing delicious, nutritious meals to our patients with new menus that brought fun and flair for every diet and appetite, ensuring our patients only ever receive excellence.

Chef Anne was a friend to every resident and patient, a kind leader and mentor to every team member, her dedication to this project and the vision we shared were profound.

Together, in her honor, we will continue to incorporate all that she taught us to honor her legacy throughout the CareRite family.

We remember and hold close to our hearts her upbeat spirit, her light that beamed in every room, and her endless hugs for all.

Chef Anne, we cherish you, and collectively we honor your legacy and impact, both inside and outside of the kitchen- a fiery spirit, beloved mentor, and culinary icon whose passion forever flavors our hearts.

We are excited to announce the unveiling of our newly renovated community, The Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing Center! 🎉 This special milestone was celebrated last evening with a memorable ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by distinguished members of the community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our “three rings”—our dedicated staff, our residents and patients, and their families—as well as to our local partners who celebrated this vision turned reality. Together, we’re paving the way for exceptional care and service in a state-of-the-art healing center!
