✨ Meet Our Practitioner: Cynthia Ruse, LMT, MCLC ✨

Cynthia is a Licensed Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapist with two decades of experience in bodywork and somatic healing. Her work is rooted in compassion and presence, with a focus on the mind–body connection and honoring each client’s pace.
She specializes in SomatoEmotional Release (SER)-focused CranioSacral Therapy — an advanced form of CST that combines gentle touch with guided dialogue. This process allows unprocessed emotions, memories, and body-held patterns to surface and release, supporting both physical and emotional healing.

Her training spans massage therapy, Reiki, life coaching, and acupressure. She draws from this wide toolkit to create sessions that are uniquely supportive and restorative.

Sometimes the pain in our bodies can seem unbearable.

Sometimes we decide to give it too much attention and try to “fix it”.

Our bodies have physiological and structural changes that often can’t be avoided, yes.

However, CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional release believe that the deeper layers of our tissues which also hold memories of past events, trauma and more, can give us so much insight.

When we bring these memories from our non conscious to our conscious awareness the magic of the body starts to unfold.
