Join us for an immersive series of seven workshops to gain skills and emotional insight into the therapeutic use of art for processing gender identity and expression. We will be learning techniques to practice self-discovery, active imagination, somatic attunement and how to expand the understanding of gender identity and the role it plays in your life. This series is appropriate for those comfortable with a virtual space, able to acquire art materials, and available to commit to the 7 sessions on Tuesdays at 11:00am or 6:00pm.

Join our virtual support group on 12/25 from 12–1:30 PM, a safe, supportive space to process, reflect, and connect through creativity. Hosted by Mindful Manifestations in partnership with Avenues Mental Health Counseling, this session is designed to offer healing and grounding during this time of year.

We will be learning techniques to practice mindfulness, active relaxation, and how to hold space for your feelings in a safe container. This series is appropriate for those comfortable with a virtual setting, and struggling with their mental health whether it’s related to trauma, gender identity, depression or anxiety, and interpersonal setbacks.
