‘La Teta Power’ (English translation)
And it is that these t**s work, wonderfully,
And proud of my t**s, pure medicine …
Twenty-first century the world has to change,
I continue to walk brave every step,
Shame is something that can be deflated,
With the strength that the breasts carry inside,
I dear life I have all the freedom,
To show my t**s, you like them less, you like them more,
There is nothing more beautiful, there is nothing more natural,
What to give a baby to suckle
And it is that these t**s work, wonderfully,
And proud of my t**s, pure medicine …
Look at the child as he is, look at the luster of his cheeks,
And it is that the tit is the most, the most beautiful thing in life …
And it is that in this story, one also suffers,
It’s not all rose, sugar and cinnamon,
Be present, twenty-four seven,
You have to have patience, endurance and a lot of strength.
I keep up, I looked for my truth,
Now I am ready without looking at the country,
Many early mornings, I wanted to leave,
And now this nobody nobody can stop it …
And it is that these t**s work, wonderfully,
And proud of my t**s, pure medicine …
Look at the child as he is, look at the luster of his cheeks,
And it is that the tit is the most, the most beautiful thing in life …
And it is that the tit is the most, the most beautiful thing in life …
And it is that the tit is the most, (The tit is the most)
The most beautiful thing in life …
The most beautiful thing in life, (Come on, turn it up, turn it up,)
The most beautiful thing in life, (woe to life)
Oh the most beautiful thing in life, (the most beautiful thing in life)
Oh the most beautiful thing in life …
Oh the most beautiful thing in life …

Just more excuses to eat these yummy foods😁

Have you heard about fermented foods helping your microbiome and gut health? Benefits to eating fermented foods like sauerkraut, kefir, pickles. kimichi, yoghurt include:
- increasing the diversity of bacteria in your gut
- anti-inflammatory
- increased growth of healthy bacteria like lactobacillus which helps decrease the growth of pathogens (disease-causing) bacteria.
A recent study asked the question: "Can traditional fermented food products protect mothers against lactational mastitis?"
They enrolled 607 individuals in Turkey: 303 with mastitis and 304 without mastitis and looked at intake of 6 types of fermented foods.
The incidence of mastitis decreased with increased intake of the fermented foods. Looking at frequency of consumption: the protective benefit against developing mastitis was...
- 1.4 times greater for daily consumption of kefir;
- 1.2 greater for daily consumption of homemade yogurt, conventional yogurt and boza;
- 1.9 times greater for daily consumption of tarhana and
- 4.5 times greater for daily consumption of pickles
when compared with other frequencies ( 1x month, 1 x per week; 2-3 x per week, daily)
The conclusion is yes! eating fermented foods may help protect against mastitis. One theory is that the fermented foods help increase the growth of the healthy lactobacillus. So consider adding daily fermented foods to your diet!

We definitely try hard 👶🏻🥰
and pour our hearts and soul 🤱❤️

Thank you to the lactation professionals that have sat with crying, frustrated, desperate moms. You offer hope to desperation and loss of hope. You normalize that breastfeeding can be hard and not always intuitive. You diagnose tongue/lip ties when other medical professionals said “no big deal”. You fix bleeding, cracked ni***es. Thank you to the professionals that helped moms in their journeys to breastfeed. Thank you, also, for helping moms wean, dry up and make the difficult decisions that formula was best for them. Of course, all moms out there: you are superhero’s.
