A: I spend a lot of time up in the Catskills trying to turn a few wooded acres into a future yoga and ceramics retreat!

We’re trying something new this week ✨ Beginning Thursday at 5:30 PM, Nami will offer a 45 minute express class before her 75 minute full class at 6:45 pm. Roll up after your work day ends and get right into the flow. Expect Nami’s signature creative sequencing - a dynamic burst of heat and heart for when you can’t linger until the later evening. We hope to see you there!

So as we relish the rest of these perfect September days, we also prepare the course for a mindful move into the fall season ahead. That’s where our seasonal cleanse comes in. Our next 200 hour yoga teacher training starts in just 2 months, and early bird rates end next Friday! Save $500 when you submit a deposit by 9/12. We are so excited to begin this journey again.
