Worth reading the article in The Atlantic today titled We are not ready for Omicron.’ Personally I can’t stand fear and hype media coverage .. at the same time it is vital to have a clear-eyed view of what is the most likely to occur. The take-away: a mild variant that is highly contagious (ahem more than 3x delta) does not bode well for humanity. Personally I continue to believe that we have a responsibility towards one another, despite living in a period in history that is all about the aggrandizarion of the individual’s needs and ego.
