Potassium, iodine, vitamins A, B, and E, copper, and other important nutrients that are found in a well-balanced diet are all good for your health. Foods that are high in potassium, like bananas, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and dried apricots, help nerves and muscles work well. Iodine is important for thyroid health and can be found in dairy, table salt, yogurt, and fish. Oranges, leafy veggies, papaya, and eggs are all good sources of vitamin A, which helps your eyesight and immune system. Black gram, organ meat, nuts, and eggs are all good sources of vitamin B, which is needed to make energy. Almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and cabbage all have vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. Whole grains, organ meat, nuts, and sweet potatoes all have copper, which helps make red blood cells and speed up the metabolism.

It can be easier to eat more protein if you choose healthy foods. If you choose leaner cuts of meat, you can get a lot of energy without eating too much fat. Having protein bars on hand makes it easy to grab a snack while you're on the go. If you eat eggs for breakfast instead of cereal, you'll get a lot of nutrients and energy to start the day. Greek yogurt is a great snack or addition to a meal because it is high in protein and can be used in many ways. Protein shakes are a tasty and easy way to get the protein you need every day. Today's Smoothie Queen Recipe is pineapple, strawberry mango, blueberries and peanut butter smoothie. Loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C. Eating pineapples daily may suppress inflammation, and aid digestion. Strawberries contain fiber to make u feel fuller and are loaded with antioxidants. Eating Mangos helps the digestive system and contributes to eye health and is a super food because it's loaded with natural substances that protect our cells.
