I’m Bangor Maine. Starbucks is closed. Not sure if it’s safe to be out and about.

Sorrow and pain is what I feel today. We have to face the mental health crisis in our country. It’s not going away obviously.

What can you do? Call someone. Reach out to someone who you think may be feeling alone and sad.

I was healed of depression years ago but I know without a practice of facing loneliness and reaching out for support we are not going to make it.

Is it just normal now to have these shootings happen randomly?
