Did you know that Bay Ridge is having a
"Stroll Into Wellness 2026" event hosted by in collaboration with the Merchants of Third Avenue is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM.
Event Details
The community walk is designed to promote a healthy new year by encouraging participants to stroll along 3rd Avenue, visit local merchants, and get a "Wellness Passport" stamped for a chance to win raffle prizes.
Date & Time: Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Location: The event kicks off at Mighty Functional Fitness Studio, located inside (8804 3rd Avenue)

Now is the time to honor all those things you said about starting your wellness journey in the new year ... registration is easy & totally free & can be completed via a QR code on you see in the photo... you can also feel free to call the spa and we can help you get registered if you like (717-921-6100)
