Plot twist: sometimes the best aesthetic treatment is undoing a previous one!

This patient came in complaining about bulging under the eye area.

What he didn’t realize is that it was under-eye filler he had injected years ago.

Filler in this area can stay for many years, and over time it can descend down with gravity.

The best course of action was to press reset!

We used Hyaluronidase (enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid filler) to dissolve the previous filler and immediately the bulge was gone.
