Part 2...
What can go wrong during Triple Warmer Time: ....
When you turn off your mind and you lie awake thinking, obsessing, or feeling anxious, and when you can’t even keep your eyes shuts because they keep fluttering open again, you aren’t in sync with Triple Warmer Time. This is a good time to mediate because your body needs to calm down. Take deep, slow breaths and focus your mind on a single word your can repeat over and over in your mind or visualize a single object and focus on it. Once you get in the habit of going to bed at this time, it should become easier, especially if you spend Triple Warmer Time down rather than stimulating yourself with light noise and electronics.

Triple Warmer Time (San Jiao Time) 9pm to 11pm...
🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷...
The Triple Warmer is a unique Chinese medicine concept. It doesn’t correlate with a specific organ in Western medicine, but in Chinese medicine it is a system of energy management in the body. It is the communication system between all the organs and the thermostat for the body. A western perspective might see it as the director of the Circadian clock. It’s closely related to the endocrine system (hormones) in Western medicine, but it isn’t exactly the same. It’s about synchronization and harmony. It’s about connection. This is a time to connect after intimacy (sexual or emotional) or just being together. It is cuddle time and calm time. It is about wordless natural biochemical communication. ....
🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷...
That means that between 9pm and 11pm, the body is preparing to do its overnight work of processing and assimilating everything you’ve taken in during that day. This is hard work, and your body needs to devote all its energy to this job, so this is the best time to wind down and go to bed. Yes, that means light out by 11pm and preferably before! Your body begins to produce melatonin now, so you can sleep. Pericardium Time is over, and in Chinese medicine, your heart will hold your mind while you sleep. If you fed your pericardium well, you will have a calm and relaxing sleep. (Continue Reading in Part 2)

Essential Oils and Emotions ...
🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸...
In my practice, I like to use aromatherapy to help people with particular emotional issues during colonic. You don’t have to have a colonic to benefit, however. The essential oil product I use for this purpose is Forgiveness, an oil by Young Living Essential Oils that contains Frankincense, sandalwood, lavender, coriander, bergamot , lemon, Roman chamomile, geranium, ylang-ylan, rose Otto, jasmine, Melissa, palmarosa, and Angelica in a sesame oil base. You could also pick just three or four of these oils and make your own mix. Smell them while taking in deep breaths and thinking about your emotional issue. With each inhale you bring in good energy and with each exhale you let go of what you no longer need or want in your life.

Walnut Pate (part 2)
...
Please soak your nuts! Walnuts at least 8 hours or overnight to remove the phytic acid and enzymes inhibitors. Some people do not like that after taste of walnuts well if you soak them you remove that taste and also get rid of the mold contents. Walnuts and Cashews have a high mold content so please sprout. I add a little collloidal silver or food grade hydrogen peroxide when soaking and with each rinse.....
Recipe
3 cups soaked walnuts
1 onion
2-3 clove garlics
1/4 cup chopped mushroom on hand
Sauté onion, mushrooms and garlic
For 5-7 mins. Set aside
1/2-1tsp Garlic powder
1/2-1 tsp celery salt to taste
Curry powder to taste
1/2tsp Ground sage
1-2 celery stalk diced
3 sprigs Parsley
3 sprigs of dill
1/2 tsp of lemon juice (helps preserve)
Salt and pepper
1tsp Gluten free namashoyu(optional)
Add mushroom to food processor, walnuts and seasoning and blend to your desired consistency
If too dry add a little zucchini for moisture or water.
You can let sit out on the counter for a few hours and add in a heaping tsp of probitocs so it can be even more cultured and beneficial (optional)
Store for 1 week.
