Relieve desk-hand + wrist tension in minutes ✨

Your wrists, hands, and forearms work harder than you think — typing, scrolling, holding, gripping. These quick stretches release tension, improve circulation, and help prevent stiffness.

🔹 Palm stretch: extend your arm and gently pull back fingers (hello, typing relief).
🔹 Reverse wrist stretch: flip palm down, pull back gently (bye-bye, mouse wrist).
🔹 Thumb + palm stretch: target scrolling strain and thumb fatigue.

✅ Tips for all stretches:
Hold each for 15–30 seconds.
Repeat 2-3 times per side.
Keep movements gentle — you should feel a stretch, not pain.
