Who doesn't want Healthy Skin?
Here are some general tips for maintaining good skin health:
1. Keep Your Skin Clean: Gently cleanse your skin regularly to remove dirt, oil, and bacteria. Use a cleanser suitable for your skin type.
2. Stay Hydrated: Drink an adequate amount of natural spring water to keep your skin hydrated. Hydration is crucial for maintaining skin elasticity and preventing dryness.
3. Protect Your Skin from the Sun: Sun exposure can lead to texture, open pores, and an increased risk of skin cancer ( yes people of color can get skin cancer). Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30, and wear protective clothing when spending time outdoors.
4. Healthy Eating: A balanced diet rich in minerals and antioxidants contributes to healthy skin. Include fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Reduce the consumption of Animal Products, GMO, Hybrids, Processed Foods, Bioengineered Foods, Sugar, Starch, Alcohol and Caffeinated Beverages.
5. Avoid Inflammation: Anything that causes inflammation in the body will affect your skin.
6. Moisturize: Use a moisturizer with humectants and occlusive to keep your skin hydrated and barrier intact. Choose a product that suits your skin type, whether it's oily, dry, or combination.
7. Avoid Smoking Tobacco/Vapes/Hookahs and Alcohol: Smoking to***co can accelerate the glycation process and contribute to smokers skin. Excessive alcohol consumption can dehydrate the skin.
8. Get Adequate Sleep: Lack of sleep can affect the skin's appearance and lead to dark circles and dull complexion. Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night.
