We’re proud to share that Dr. Marcia Hodge, AVP of Nursing Practice & Innovation at Maimonides, was recently featured in Becker’s Hospital Review, where she focused on technology improvements healthcare systems need to urgently place their focus.

Next up: she’ll be representing Maimonides on the national stage at Becker’s 10th Annual Health IT + Digital Health + RCM Conference in Chicago (Sept. 30–Oct. 3).

We’re excited to see her insights continue shaping the future of nursing innovation, health equity, and patient care. 💙

Chronic pain affects nearly 1 in 4 American adults - and too often, opioids are the only option offered.

At Maimonides, we're proud of our patient-centered approach to pain management. Thanks to the groundbreaking work of Dr. Sergey Motov, Emergency Medicine Physician and Research Director, our ER offers a wide variety of evidence-based pain management options - including innovative alternatives to opioids when appropriate.

CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta was so impressed by this work that he featured Dr. Motov and our ER in his new special: "It Doesn't Have to Hurt", premiering Sept. 7 at 9PM ET/PT.
