but seriously have u noticed that hyper vigilance and being in high alert is second nature lately? that isn’t normal. we were not meant to live in a state of high cortisol levels 😱📈

but there ways to self regulate and not too much on buying anything new either 🚫

just using ur everyday items can help u go from dysregulated to regulated. items like ur rings, picking the colors u wear, or even the height of ur shoes!

u can take some ctrl back on how ur feeling, real question tho is will you?
