The ripple effect of fear-driven hate from our current administration continues to put lives at risk and construct even more detrimental barriers to equitable, safe health care. Today's news about NYU Langone ending its Transgender Youth Health program, including gender-affirming care for minors, is a massive loss. PPGNY remains committed to improving the way transgender and gender-diverse people receive health care in New York, and continues to provide LGBTQIA+ health care services, including gender-affirming care to youth and adults, no matter what.
