Thrilled to share this set of before & after photos for a rhinoplasty patient. I wish I could capture more of her vibrant personality because I remember every moment of her journey, from our conversations to her surgery. She is as gracious as she is beautiful, and it was a challenge choosing which angle to feature as the cover photo!

She’s just 6 weeks post-op from a , where we lifted and narrowed the nasal tip, refined the bridge, straightened her septum, improved nasal function, and created a softer silhouette. One challenge (for the surgeons out there) was her thicker nasal skin, which often requires medications, injections, and microneedling to manage. Her healing has been as I had hoped for, with few surprises.

Only 5 weeks after a and , this beautiful woman is already showing stunning results with mild swelling remaining. After trying energy devices with unsatisfactory results, as most of these treatments do not *tighten* skin nor do they *lift*, she was ready to choose a long-lasting surgical approach to enhance her jawline and neck. I performed a deep plane subnasal and a perioral treatment to rejuvenate her lips without fillers. I’m excited to see her continue to improve and can’t wait to share her progress in a few months!

Incredible 1-month transformation from submental and neck liposuction and liposculpting! Just a few millimeters can make a significant difference in appearance and confidence. This procedure is precise, fast, and offers a relatively quick recovery compared to a series of in-office fat-burning injections that can take months and cause significant swelling.

This procedure is performed in the office setting under local anesthesia. Ideal candidates include patients 35 years of age or younger, excellent skin elasticity, and an excess of superficial fat. Beautiful on the table results post . Patient’s main concern was the severe over-protection of the nose. Using stability cartilage grafts from her own septum, I was able to de-project the nose without sacrificing strength or stability and dramatically improve her breathing at the same time. So excited for her recovery!
