The schedule is as follows- at Jaya East

12 (ish) pm JAYA2025 Graduation ceremony which includes community Kirtan! 🎓

1:15 pm Sweets and Treats Prasad to share with each other. We have lots of people baking enough to share so come. Bake something if you the spirit moves you. We have tea and coffee at the studio! 🎂🍰🍪🧁🍬

2-3pm Dance Party - bring the littles! 💃🕺🪩

12/12 today! This is our second weekend of the 12 JAYA2025 teacher trainees community classes! Marina teaches tonight at 6 pm at Jaya Church! ❄️

A full day of yoga for the yogis in the neighborhood! Highlighting our JAYA2025 TT Grads Community Classes as Lindsay and Bobbie teach their final classes today at Jaya Church 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm - come on over and show your support for these wonderful people in our community!🙏🏽

Additionally Ramit start things off with 8:30 am meditation! Along with Carla, Maddy, Marissa all teaching today! Check the schedule for times and locations.🙏🏽

On this Super Full Moon, the last of the year,🌕, we offer to you our dear beloved community of yogis the first of 12 Community Classes taught by our most recent crop of JAYA Teacher Trainees!🔔

For the last 6 months we have had 12 resplendent souls do a deep dive into their sadhana (daily spiritual practice).🙏🏽

Today Thursday December 4 from 4:30-5:45 pm Daisy 🌼 starts us off! Class is all levels and $5 and takes place at our Jaya Church location. Sign up on line or in person.

Our request to you, Jaya community at large, attend one of these 12 classes to show your support for the wonderful people in this program who decided to dig deep, push a whole bunch of mundane stuff to the side and take a serious leap into practice! Just one class!🙏🏽

And of course with have wonderful classes all day long with our regular Thursday crew of teachers Teri, Marissa, & Laura!

We wrapped up our last official JAYA2025 class . We are all feeling the feelings that coalesce when a group of likeminded people gather around the sacred practices of yoga and decide to dig deeper into them than ever before. This group has been truly amazing!🙏🏽

From December 4 - 19 they will be offering their final project to the Jaya sangha at large, by way of teaching a 60 or 75 minute community class. Look to the schedule to find when the classes are happening. Show up, support, be part of it!

And on December 20 they graduate! Everyone is welcome to drop by and say hi, have some Prasad (feel free to bring some home made baked goods imbued with love, and a sign with a list of ingredients).

Everyone is welcome it will be a gravitation / open house/ holiday gathering / Kirtan / dance party! The ceremony is from 12 -1:15 with Kirtan. Sharing Prasad starts at 1:15. We dance from 2-3 pm! Come!

Wednesday a slightly abridged schedule
Thanksgiving day 8 am with Ramit and 9:15 with Marissa! Come on over!

Sharon is a bestselling author of classic meditation books, co founder of Insight Meditation Center, and basically a national treasure. She is a friend of Jaya and has been offering programs periodically for over 15 years! We are grateful to have her back! 🙏🏽
