Plantar fasciitis is a super common issue. Itโ€™s basically when that thick band of tissue on the bottom of your foot gets inflamed. I remember when I first experienced it โ€“ I could barely walk in the mornings! Hereโ€™s the lowdown:

- Sharp pain in the heel, especially in the morning or after resting.
- Pain that decreases with activity but can return after prolonged standing.
- Stiffness in the heel.

Treatments usually involve stretching, ice, and sometimes orthotics. If itโ€™s really bad, a podiatrist might recommend injections or, in rare cases, surgery.
