🙏🏽 My style of teaching has evolved to become a form of holistic somatic therapy. In the last few years, it has focused on NERVOUS SYSTEM REPAIR & EMOTIONAL AWARENESS & CENTERING.
🙏🏽We all just need to slow down and breathe.

As we approach what I love to call “hibernation season” (see me here already embracing it teaching yoga in my most comfy hibernation attire), I wanted to let you know that I’m offering LIVE yoga classes M-TH and a Midday Meditation Fridays 12-12:30. You can beam me into the comfort of your cozy warm home, stay in your comfy clothes and get access to classes for under $5! *3 month package =$2 per class! ☺️
I know it can feel good to be in the energy of a studio, but for those days it’s dark before 5, or you just want to stay cozied in…I am here to bring the studio into your home! While I do hope to build a library of recorded sessions, the benefits of these live classes are that I can check in with you and create an offering that meets your needs.
