To the gentleman that called the office earlier and chose to berate my staff. We are only human and sometimes make mistakes. We are truly sorry we got your last name incorrect, and apologize that we couldnt hear you on the phone and asked you to spell it for us. That being said, Your 9:15 appointment for tomorrow has been canceled. My staffs' well being and safety is more important than any amount of money that your patronage could bring. They are kind and caring people and the kind of behavior you exuded on the phone today won't be tolerated. I wish you the best of luck in life and hopefully you never make a mistake one day and have someone behave towards you the way you behaved today.
