This week I invite you into my sanctuary with three gentle practices that support your body, breath, and inner calm. These aren’t busywork; they’re invitations to listen to yourself with tenderness and curiosity. When you walk out of your session, I want you to feel not just relief, but a quiet alignment—a moment of self-love you can carry with you through your day.
1) 5-Minute Mindful Breath: Sit comfortably, soften the shoulders, place a hand on your chest and one on your abdomen. Inhale through the nose for 4 counts, exhale for 6. Repeat for 5 minutes.
2) Light Neck & Shoulder Circles: Inhale to lengthen the spine, tilt the head gently from side to side, circle the shoulders—5 each direction, then 5 forward and 5 back.
3) 60-Second Body Scan: Close your eyes, notice sensations from feet to face, exhale to invite release at each point. A few rounds bring clarity and ease.
