Let's worry less about posture and focus more on movement!⁣

The more you move, the less posture matters.⁣
⁣
If you need to crank out an hour worth of emails, try not to sit like a gargoyle. Otherwise, focus more on taking small movement breaks every half hour.⁣
⁣
Here are some movement break ideas:⁣
🔷Climb the nearest staircase⁣
🔷20 squats⁣
🔷10 push-ups⁣
🔷Reach for the sky then touch your toes 10x⁣

Happy New Year from VP Physical Therapy, PLLC. We are glad to let you know that we have openned our second location in Staten Island on 288 Sand Lane, where we are working in team with ocupational therapist who is doing perfect job with hand splints and braces, in fact he does customized splints and braces in front of you. We are really honored to be working with Dima Shev and we will try to bring the best for Staten Island residents who need Physical or Ocupational therapy. Greetings from VP Physycal Therapy!!! Hope everyone is doing very well. We are celebrating our 1st YEAR ANNIVERSARY in our Brooklyn location. We would like you to know, on September 21st we are having a litle celebration / open house to commemorate our 1st year in the field. With that said we would like you to come and enjoy this milestone with us. We are very happy to have the occupation therapist Dima Shev to visit us who is one of the best hands therapists, who will introduce hand made costom splints/braces to our guests and patients. We will also have one of the best licensed massage therapist Rinal on staff. We will have a raffle during the day. 2 or 3 random winners will recieve half an hour treatment from the staff. The event will start at 5 PM. Refreshments will be available. Please RSVP in advance since the facility can limit certain amount of guests.
