Over the course of her 16+ year career in the medical field, Jess Smith became aware of issues with transparency, autonomy and informed consent. Her search for and subsequent discovery of answers to unnecessarily common ailments in both herself and others led her to step away from the allopathic healthcare system. Jess became a Holistic Practitioner certified in Neuromuscular Restoration and created ARROW HOLISTIC, a space born from her desire to advocate for others to restore their health by developing healthy lifestyle habits through personalized plans based on their unique needs. The mission of ARROW HOLISTIC is to point others towards self-healing via Authentic, Restorative, Resilient, Optimal Wellness with Holistic guidance.
