Yesterday’s luau party was an absolute blast! From the tropical vibes and colorful leis to the delicious food, music, Luau dancers and island-style fun — it was an afternoon to remember! 🌞🍍🌊

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and made it so special. Your smiles, dance moves, and great energy brought the whole event to life. 💃🕺

We all enjoyed playing What's the scoop?
It was a fun game of true and false. For every right answer that team got a scoop of ice cream onto their cone. To make it even more fun Esther served the residents with delicious Blue Bell Ice cream! Thank you, Esther!🍨🍦🍨🍨🍦🍦

What an incredible event we had yesterday for our gorgeous grandma day. Thank you Bene School of cosmology for beautifying our residents from nails, to haircuts to makeup!
After the resident got pampered with Bene students the hopped on over to Paris with Paula & Maria! These ladies had it set up so nicely from old fashion hats, to white gloves, jewelry and fancy clothing to wear. We ended it with a raffle, the winners won an Eiffel tower keychain!

Happy Hour w/ Mark is always amazing; this time he did a Michael Bublé tribute!
I would like to thank our neighbor, Natasha from next door, "Finding your Paradise" real estate company, for coming and assisting Esther by serving the residents at our Happy Hour!

What a festive Christmas in July party we had!! Thank you so much to The Marine Corp League for providing our residents with a wish list and distributing their presents today! We had a wonderful celebration with donuts and cheesecake and our wonderful bartender Paula!

We had another beautiful tea party with our residents this month! Thank you to our volunteer Paula and Kim from Pinnacle for joining us and thank you Esther for the beautiful set up, it was very inviting!
Tea parties is a delightful and engaging activity for seniors in aged care facilities. It not only provides enjoyment but also serves as a wonderful opportunity for reminiscing including the flavors and smells of the teas that we drink!

4H Hernando County came to share their beautiful animals and kids with us! We had a goat, bunnies, a duck and a chicken!
This was a beautiful intergenerational activity for our residents! We are looking forward to having them back again. 🪿🐇🐇🐇

Happy 7-Eleven Day!. On Friday instead of taking the residents out, we brought the Slurpee's to them by making it from scratch!
I want to thank our local 7-Eleven for providing all the cups and straws, our 3rd parties, Megan from Aviata, Keely from Merrit and our lovely violinist Ursela. Thank you all for making it special for our residents!

Today is Step On A Bee Day!! This charming holiday is all about taking a step back, slowing down, and showing some love to those tiny, yet mighty, creatures that bring so much joy to our lives - bees! I would like to thank Emily & Kyle for coming in and educating us on bees, we even got to taste their honey at the end of the class!🐝🐝🐝🐝
