Today we had a guest speaker who is the owner of 360 Private Training Studio LLC (Jeff Bowling) who is a certified personal trainer. He discussed rehab training for strength, stability, balance and the benefits of exercise on neurodegenerative disease like Parkinsons. We had a great day of cross pollinating the benefits of chiropractic care and exercise to best benefit patients!
