As your day progresses, do a few interspersed through your day before lunch, after dinner and before bed. By the time the day is over - you will have completed your spinal hygiene exercises to prevent further degeneration and build stabilization muscles surrounding your spine! Doing that means less visits to see us and better range of motion and better stabilization when you lift groceries, do housework or engage in any activity that requires a strong and stable spine! The staff Christmas party was a great success.

A time was had.

We reflected on a prosperous year - rich in helping people to the best of our abilities.

The patients were extremely generous all year, referring in others in need of chiropractic care.

Our staff beat last year’s record in terms of patients seen with an understaffed crew of weary people, dedicated to helping others in Hernando County and beyond.

The staff gave 110% effort to every patient they touched in 2025.

We did not wear ridiculous costumes, we did not do any 30 $ specials to bait and switch people into our office, no gimmick high ticket sales, no ads on tv, no flashy sales people, no ambulance chasing, no bus billboards, no marketing staff running around begging for patients, no dances on Tik Tok, nor any “pop and pray” chiropractic care without the benefit of an exam and imaging.

We just engaged in genuine care and concern and really tried the best we could for the highest outcome we could muster.

We did our best to keep our professional standards high.
That makes us able to look back on 2025 and sleep well tonight knowing we were not perfect, but we know we tried the best we could for everyone who walked into our facility.

We think that is what our profession was founded upon, and we will continue to offer the very best we can - each day forward without cheesy underhanded schemes.

We are imperfect, flawed but we come from a place of honesty, love and care.
