🌟 Employee of the Month Spotlight: Randi Jordan
We are proud to recognize Randi Jordan as our Employee of the Month!
Randi has a long and dedicated history in healthcare, beginning her journey as a CNA from 1986 to 1996 before becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1996. Originally from Binghamton, New York, Randi has spent decades providing compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Inspired by her aunt, who cared for the elderly, Randi discovered her passion for helping others at a young age—and she has carried that passion throughout her entire career. What she enjoys most about her role is the connection she builds with residents and the joy of seeing them improve and thrive.
One of Randi’s most admirable accomplishments is her commitment to giving back outside of work. In her free time, she helps support the homeless by providing food, clothing, and essential supplies—truly reflecting her caring and selfless nature.
Randi lives by the motto, “I am wonderfully blessed,” and brings that positive outlook into everything she does.
A fun fact about Randi is that she was once an interior designer! Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle—a 750 Honda Shadow Aero—and embracing life to the fullest.
Randi’s goal is simple yet powerful: to continue growing as a person and deepen her understanding of others.
