FALL SEASON COACH MEETING WILL HAPPEN ON 8/13 AND ROSTERS WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY AFTER LETTING YOU KNOW WHICH TEAM YOUR ASSIGNED TOO AND PRACTICE DAY AND TIME.
(For example your assigned team name will look like this (TEAM NAME /COACH NAME /AGE DIVISION / PRACTICE DAY, TIME, ASSIGNED PRACTICE FIELD )
PRACTICES WILL BEGIN THE WEEK OF 8/18 BACK AT VETERANS PARK SPRING HILL (3 WEEKS OF PRACTICE BEFORE FIRST GAMES BEGIN ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH
(GAMES ORGINALLY WE PLANNED TO BEGIN ON 8/30 ALTHOUGH WE ARE GIVING AN EXTRA PRACTICE WEEK, BEING ITS LABOR DAY WEEKEND ON 8/30 AND WE DONT WANT PLAYERS AND FAMILIES TO MISSOUT ON OPENING DAY)
Great news all practices will be at Veterans Park during the week and all games held on Saturdays at Bishop Mclaughlin High only a few miles south.
Bishop Mclaughlin High School has both turf and grass fields which will increase our players playing experience and plenty of parking for all to enjoy!!!

CO-ED NFL Flag football league for ages 3-17 spread out over 9 age divisions (4U Little Tots Instructional division, 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and Girls only age divisions)
All teams play 9 regular season games then a playoff tournament to crown our champions in each age division!
To Better the playing experiance and time commitment we are working towards playing more games in a shorter time frame. Double header every other week for all age divisons, all this means is more games in a shorter window.
All teams will still play AT LEAST 10 games per season.
Games are set to kickoff on Saturday September 6th 2025!
Practices will begin the week of August 18th and end in October 2025.
Players ages for divisions are determined as of 1/1/2025 of current year to follow national format.
Registration includes:
Weekly practice night each week at Veterans park Spring Hill, all games played on Saturdays only this season ( Bishop Mclaughlin High turf and grass fields only 10 mins from Veterans Park ).
9 regular season games, plus single elimination playoff tournament (guaranteed all teams play 10 games including playoffs)
Included with registration all players receive a Sublimated Reversible NFL Flag Jersey , NFL Flag Shorts, NFL Flag Belt and Flags
Amazing game day experience, single elimination playoffs and Super bowl Championship to win the Spring Hill NFL Flag Football RING!!!
Additional NFL Swag available during registration such as Shruumz gameballs, Arm sleeves, Socks, Performance Shorts, sunglasses, mouthguards and much more..
Protective headgear is totally optional and we will have for sale once the season begins.

Coach meeting will be held early August 8/13 and team rosters will release shortly after meeting concludes, team practices will begin the following week of 8/18 after team rosters are released.
