✨ What an incredible night ✨

We had the honor of attending a beautiful gala this evening benefiting the Starfish Foundation — an organization doing truly meaningful work in our community.

At Flash Wellness, we believe health goes beyond the walls of our clinic. It’s about showing up, supporting others, and being part of something bigger. Tonight was a reminder of just how powerful that can be.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that cares, gives back, and lifts each other up 💙

And of course… we clean up pretty well outside of scrubs every now and then 😉

Today we had the honor of attending the unveiling of the new Veterans Memorial Park here in Spring Hill.

Flash Wellness is proudly woman-owned, but we’re also a military family. Kristens (our NP) other half is active duty, and we know firsthand what service and sacrifice really look like.
