TGH Brooksville & TGH Spring Hill TGH Brooksville and TGH Spring Hill are formerly Bravera Health Brooksville and Bravera Health Spring Hill.

Bravera Health Spring Hill (opened 1991) is a 124-bed Joint Commission accredited acute care facility. Additionally, we offer extensive women’s services for all ages. If you're one of more than five million Americans suffering from non-healing wounds, we offer wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs, using technology to help heal wounds. Other services offered include general surgery, ENT (ear, nose & throat), plastic surgery, urology and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy rehab centers. Bravera Health Spring Hill is designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center and an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital. Bravera Health Spring Hill is owned in part by physicians.

By the age of six, Dr. Ali Sanati-Mehrizy already knew he wanted to be a doctor, inspired by the pediatricians who shaped his own childhood. Today, as a pediatric oncologist at Tampa General Hospital, he helps our youngest patients face cancer with strength and hope through the power of academic medicine. We had a packed house at our TGH-Hernando State of the Hospital event in historic downtown Brooksville! Community leaders, business owners and elected officials, including Senate candidate and former State Representative Ralph Massullo, Hernando County Fire Rescue Chief Paul Hasenmeier, County Administrator Jeffrey Rogers, and Commissioners Jerry Campbell and Ryan Amsler joined us for an open dialogue about the future of health care in our region.

As we finalize our strategic plan for TGH North, community feedback remains essential. The plan includes a strong focus on behavioral health, workforce housing and veteran care, and we value the perspectives shared today to ensure these initiatives truly meet the needs of the community.

A special thank you to our new Market President, Stacey Brandt, and our President & CEO, John Couris, for leading a thoughtful conversation with the community as we chart the path ahead. Our President & CEO, John Couris, had the honor of delivering the opening keynote at the KLAS Research Digital Health Investment Symposium 2025 in Park City, Utah this week. His message was clear: when we face obstacles head-on, we create the opportunity to solve them.

This special gathering brought together health care providers, technology companies, venture firms and investors from across the country to share ideas, collaborate and explore the future of health care innovation. We were proud to be part of these conversations not only to connect and collaborate, but also to share more about the innovative ecosystem we're building within the Tampa Medical & Research District.

It was also a pleasure spending time with some of our TGH Ventures portfolio companies, including Dan Nardi from Reimagine Care and Srini Surendranath from Andor Health, and to connect with colleagues from organizations like Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, UPMC and Mercy, amongst many others.
