Bravera Health Spring Hill (opened 1991) is a 124-bed Joint Commission accredited acute care facility. Additionally, we offer extensive women’s services for all ages. If you're one of more than five million Americans suffering from non-healing wounds, we offer wound care and hyperbaric medicine programs, using technology to help heal wounds. Other services offered include general surgery, ENT (ear, nose & throat), plastic surgery, urology and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy rehab centers. Bravera Health Spring Hill is designated as an Accredited Chest Pain Center and an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital. Bravera Health Spring Hill is owned in part by physicians.

Hernando County Government in partnership with TampaWell, activated by Tampa General Hospital, and National Fitness Campaign (NFC) has brought a brand new outdoor Fitness Court® and digital wellness programming to Hernando County!

Designed to expand free access to high-quality workouts, the Fitness Court® offers an innovative, bodyweight-based training experience across seven exercise stations, creating a welcoming and equitable space for people of all fitness levels. This project reflects a shared commitment to supporting healthier lifestyles throughout the region.

Located at Veterans Memorial Park, 12254 Spring Hill Dr. in Spring Hill, the Fitness Court® will officially open on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

We’re thrilled to announce a significant advancement in cardiovascular care for our community! Earlier this month, TGH Spring Hill received official licensure from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to provide Level 1 Adult Cardiovascular Services, including Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI).

Last week, three patients received PCI, a life-saving treatment for heart attacks and other serious conditions, at TGH Spring Hill. Instead of traveling far from home during a critical moment, they were able to get advanced care in the community they trust. Since introducing diagnostic heart catheterizations in April 2024, we’ve been working toward this goal: ensuring more patients can receive timely, expert heart care without the stress of transfer.

When a rare and life-threatening complication called an amniotic fluid embolism (AFE) struck during childbirth, Kamren's survival depended on the rapid response and advanced expertise of her care team at Tampa General Hospital.

Guided by the AKTiVe leadership model, the conversation centered on building a culture that will outlast us all—one grounded in respect, connection, inclusion, and safety. Special guest Thomas Lee, MD, author of "Social Capital in Healthcare," joined us to discuss how meaningful relationships and social capital amplify patient experience and team engagement. The Press Ganey team expanded on these themes before our executive Q&A, which highlighted how trust between patients and team members goes hand-in-hand with excellence in care.
