"Now is the time to know, that all that you do is sacred..." is the first line from my favorite Hafiz poem. Reading this poem creates a sense of ease within me, and reminds me that it isn't what we do that makes us good, or deserving of Grace, it is who we are. Thinking we are anything but love and light is what separates us from our wholeness.
Our hectic, demanding lives seem to pull us further and further away from our truth. We identify with our profession, our role as a parent, student, healer, or teacher. We become consumed with maintaining the appearances that define our persona and loose touch with the light-filled, completely whole, sacred beingness that we are.
How do we find our way back? Luckily, as my teacher Anodea Judith likes to say, "we have a map." That map is within us, within our sacred centers or chakras. These energetic pouches contain wisdom beyond our mental acuity. With simple tools and practices, we can begin to uncover our inherent Guru. We discover that the teaching, healing, and insight we have been searching for has been inside us all along. As we awaken to the potential within us, our lives open up and we are able to live more fully and freely than ever before!
I will guide your journey to the doorway within, not because I have all the answers, but because I am familiar with the path. Through my own inner journeys I have experienced the twists and turns, and have learned how to overcome some of the obstacles you will inevitably encounter.
This journey to greater Self-knowledge is the purpose of our lives. We did not come here to suffer and struggle needlessly, doubting and questioning why we came. We are here as spiritual beings to have a spiritual experience of growth, healing and evolution and to discover our magnificence!!
Join my Charka Sister Gwen Rebbeck and I for a remarkable journey within!
