After a lot of thought, I have decided to close my studio space. With two littles in elementary, working full time and diving into my yoga therapy training for the next few years, I need to step back from teaching regularly so I can focus on myself and my family.

It has been an amazing two years with my own space in my hometown!! 💕💕 My hope is to continue doing special pop up events during the next few years and see where life takes me 😆

If anyone is interested in individual sessions, special events or special group classes, don’t hesitate to reach out - I am still around, just finding more room to breathe 🥰 and if you are ever looking for a class, I have all the good feels for Sukha Inspired Yoga in Englewood (and might even have time to go to a class or two myself there now, so hit me up if you want a yoga buddy 😉)

A wonderful opportunity for those who might need it!

I'm so excited to share that my Oncology Yoga classes have been extended to the end of February. These classes are free thanks to Day Yoga Community Outreach. Please share with anyone who has been touched by a cancer diagnosis. I have been honored to meet some incredible women so far and have found so much peace and healing in holding space for others.
