with the support of services, classes, and sacred site retreats. We offer Medical Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Color Light Therapy, Sound Vibrational Healing, Human Design Personality Assessment, Emotion Code Practitioner, Assertiveness Coaching, Intuitive Angel Readings, and more (see our website for full list) - that offer a wonderful opportunity to uncover our hidden talents and alignment of your true self. Our intention is to bring a wealth of education and expansion into the possibilities of self and offer empowerment to step into one's intended joys of life. When one connects with their body, mind and spirit, the dis-ease of dis-empowered energies loosens and releases from us. The result is a lighter, more focused and determined spirited approach to your life. We tailor each appointment or session to your needs of the day through a unique blend of healing modalities we have mastered in our education of wellness. Add NO MORE than 10-15 MINUTES outside today! I just had to get after my husband for being out there too long clearing where the plow went by and our mailbox at my home.
Most of us have all day to clear so please take your time and take BREAKS!

As someone who had to shovel this morning (my snowblower didn’t care for the heavy, wet snow)… these are good reminders!
