2025 has been a year of internal change. One in which you’ve shed layers, let go of people/places/things, released habits and stories that were no longer serving you, and reflected on where you were, where you are, and now where you might be headed.
This practice gives you the opportunity to clear away the clouds of doubt, emotion, stories, thoughts, last bits of old energy that’s still holding on, or anything else that you’re ready to release and create a boundary, a safe space for you to pause, rest, and really see what your next step is.
It might be nowhere. You might find that where you are is where you’re meant to be, for now. In fact it would be quite appropriate as we are transitioning into the season of Winter. A season that calls you to rest back into who you are, gather your energy, and dream of what’s to come.
Or you might see what your next step may be, even if it’s not time to act on it.
Whatever you see, trust that it’s yours.
Use this practice anytime you need a little space, a gentle way to clear your mind, your body, and your spirit, or simply want to connect with your body in a new way.
