Sound Bath & Heart-Centered Mindfulness
In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and The Healing Sanctuary and the generosity of Miles for Marc, join us for a sound bath and mindfulness session for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. This interactive session on Heart-Centered Mindfulness provides a space to pause, reconnect, and realign with what matters most. Experience guided practice, a space for heartfelt reflection, and a gentle sound bath to support grounding, healing, and emotional resilience.
Our goal is to create a calming space every month where people dealing with cancer can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions integrate breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives.
