Over the past 30 years we have successfully developed a medical oncology and hematology practice that provides a full spectrum of specialty services at three office locations, operating within three hospital systems (Crozer-Keystone, Mercy Health, and Main Line Health Systems). We have over 75 staff members including: Oncology Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, protocol nurse managers, Oncology Nurse Society (ONS) certified chemotherapy nurses, patient navigators for all patient scheduling needs, and patient billing consultants. At the core of our success is a single-minded focus on providing a high level of service to our referring physician practices, as well as their patients and families. We believe that the level of service provided directly by, or coordinated by, our practice is second to none in our market area – based on: Oncology Physician Network Patient Satisfaction Surveys, Fox Chase Network Auditing Program, National Cancer Center Network Guideline Audits, and Internal Audits of established Patient Management Programs.

At CMOH, we believe that healing is a team effort. One of our patients recently shared how the seamless coordination between our oncology and palliative care teams made a difference during their loved ones cancer journey—not just for them, but for their entire family.
"I can’t say enough about the care given to our son for cancer AND the care taken with our family in helping him through his treatments. This practice organizes and administers the care from soup to nuts - they even set up appointments for you with consulting doctors and arrange scans so that the patient’s care is multi faceted and uninterrupted by extra long waits for appointments. That’s a huge load off the family’s plate and helps keep the cancer care moving in the right direction. The extra layer I’ve not seen in any other oncology practices is their palliative care, by Dr Brian Sprandio. He meets with the patient / family to go over what I will call the “good and bad days and nights” of treatment - because cancer treatment is more than appointments, scans, needles, bags of chemo and radiation. We didn’t know we needed him - until he was there for us. He is a real asset to the practice and those they treat. We’ve been elsewhere for serious illnesses, but no one has delivered the care we found here. Hats off to Dr Alexander Deak, Dr Brian Sprandio, and all the excellent nurses, med techs and admins supporting the patients. We are lucky to have such wonderful cancer care in Delaware County."

In partnership with Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology and the generosity of Miles for Marc, join us for a sound bath and mindfulness session for people undergoing cancer treatment and their caregivers. This interactive session on Heart-Centered Mindfulness provides a space to pause, reconnect, and realign with what matters most. Experience guided practice, a space for heartfelt reflection, and a gentle sound bath to support grounding, healing, and emotional resilience.

Our goal is to create a calming space every month where people dealing with cancer can access tools for relaxation, healing, and nervous system regulation. These sessions integrate breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, accompanied by an immersive sound bath, which all collectively promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and offer practical techniques that participants can integrate into their daily lives. A sarcoma is a rare type of cancer that develops in the bone or soft tissues. Soft tissue sarcomas can develop in muscles, fat, blood vessels, deep skin tissues, or nerves. This year, approximately 13,500 new cases are expected in the US, according to the American Cancer Society. Let's spread awareness to promote early diagnosis and treatment.
